Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we provide free shipping worldwide.

Q: How is the back realistic without a photo？
A: Our 3D modeler are able to draw the back based on the front picture, but you could always send more photo for us as reference. The upload section could accept 3 photos the most

Q: What material is used for the figurine
A: We use high-quality resin with full-color 3D printing to capture lifelike details and vibrant colors. Our premium resin won't crack, fade, or shrink over time

Q: How long does is take to make and recieve my figurine?
A: It takes 2-5 days to make and edit the 3d model, 5–6 business days to print your figurine. Once shipped,delivery usually takes 5–8 business days, so you can expect to receive your figurine within about three weeks from your order date.
