From the very beginning this was a smooth and easy order. The communication after each step is perfect!! The picture I had submitted of my Mom (who had passed in 2016) was very special. However, I cannot say enough about how impressed I was by the personalize service I received, including unexpected phone calls from the company to make sure I was happy with what they were doing and the results.
